Location: Boston, MA (Needed only Locals)

Onsite for 2 days/week in Boston is preferred Duration: 6-12 months (there is definitely more work than 6 months so if they do well, we can keep them on longer)

Must be involved with all the investment applications such as portfolio management system, trading system, research system, across equity, fixed income and multi asset.

Relevant experience of 7-10 years in senior level core Java, microservices, AWS, Kubernetes (EKS), SQL and looking for someone to be focused on execution – have 3 Architects who handle the design work.

Understanding of Javascript/ Angular 8+ (this will be pretty much all backend/server-side dev though)

Asset management industry experience.

Sr. Automation Engineer Onsite Job Description:

* Minimum 8+ years of experience in JavaScript/Typescript with Selenium.

* Hands-on Experience in Type Script, Java Script.

* Good development/scripting skills in common languages which are Web-driver compatible language such as Java, Objective-C, JavaScript with Node.js, PHP, Python, Ruby, C#, or Perl with the Selenium WebDriver API and language-specific client libraries.

* Experience in project management and QA methodology

* Mush have worked on BDD, Cucumber, POM, Data Driven, Keyword Driven

* Knowledge on WDIO or Cypress will be an added advantage.

* Maintain existing automation framework.

* Execute all levels of testing (System, Integration, and Regression)

* Experience on Agile methodology is advantage.

* Overseeing the drafting of testing documents.

We are looking for an experienced Senior Full Stack Python & React Developer to lead the Design, Development & implementation of scalable web applications and strong expertise in App Security.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both Python with AWS lambda and React, with a passion for delivering high-quality software solutions that meet business requirements. Key Responsibilities:

1. Design, Develop & maintain robust & scalable web applications using Python with serverless architecture & React.

2. Collaborate with product managers, designers & other stakeholders to define project requirements & deliverables.

3. Strong understanding of security principles, protocols & standards (e.g., OWASP, TLS/SSL encryption).

4. Lead technical discussions & provide guidance to junior developers on best practices & code quality.

Need people who have been in data science domain most of their career specifically working on NLP and recently NLP

Look for people who have done end to end work on LLM apps.

Deep understanding of Gen AI mathematics and implementation In particular, familiarity and hands-on experience with frameworks and techniques like RAG, PEFT (LoRA, QLoRA)

Supervised Fine Tuning, AI Agents, Hugging Face Familiarity working with Vector databases like Pinecone, FAISS etc..

Familiarity with Graph databases is good to have.

Hands-on in Python with packages like PyTorch, peft, transformers, trl and ability to write OOP & modular code

Strong and effective communication with different stakeholders

Good educational or professional background
